Vidtu uses the WebRTC protocol for live video functionality. It is currently supported in Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari 11, and Opera desktop and mobile browsers. Each customer’s Vidtu system is provided as a cloud application. Each client/case has a uniquely generated secure room that stores documents, recordings as required – and is easily searchable through the control panel.

All communications are SSL encrypted (SHA2) with valid certificates.

Each customer’s Vidtu site is provided as a standalone cloud application with its own database. By isolating customer accounts in this way, if one customer’s Vidtu account was compromised e.g by a stolen password, there would be no possible impact on any other customer’s accounts; it also provides for granular version control, customisation options and feature deployment, to best meet the differing needs of each Vidtu customer.

Pricing is straightforward and all inclusive – no hidden costs. We charge per week for unlimited use and unlimited users. All storage of files is included for as long as the client remains a customer. We also offer a no tie in policy for contracts.
